Launch of Global Musics – Local Connections public outreach program

Please join us as we launch this exciting new program of public events!
The event will be held at Governor’s Pub and Eatery in downtown Sydney. Wendy Bergfeldt of CBC Radio’s Mainstreet Cape Breton will be live broadcasting from 4PM – 6PM, with interviews from various musicians and partners of the project.
At 6 pm, Dr. Chris McDonald (CBU) will host the Global Musics – Local Connections open mic party! Bring your instruments, songs and stories!
*8pm at the Pub is a regular weekly Irish session, and our guests are encouraged to stay and enjoy the music!
